These days most guests use an ‘All Day Wristband’ to access the rides at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Cash and tickets were the primary method, until the introduction of the wristband in 1999.
‘A rides’ required a single ‘A class’ ticket per person, ‘B rides’ required a ‘B class’ ticket, etc. When the Pepsi Max Big One was introduced in 1994, it required two A tickets, as did Valhalla when it was launched in 2000.
These handouts are from 1993, showing which rides required which tickets at the time.
